What you would do
- Perform welding, fabrication and metal repairs on machinery, equipment and structural components.
- Comply with health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications as needed.
- Inspect completed welding jobs for quality, strength and safety.
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on metal parts and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
