What you would do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff and loaders
• Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure timely completion
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity and performance
• Ensure loaders handle loading, unloading, movement and arrangement of goods
• Keep staff focused on assigned responsibilities
• Monitor handling, movement and storage of goods to minimise damage or loss
• Ensure goods are properly arranged and stored
• Coordinate loading and unloading for smooth operations
• Verify daily operational targets are achieved
• Identify delays or issues and report them to management

• Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, inventory or related roles
• Previous experience supervising loaders or warehouse personnel preferred
