What you would do
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Manage inventory, warehouse organisation, stock rotation, and replenishment levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies; report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock.
- Oversee picking, packing, loading, dispatch, and customer returns for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management or ERP systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, variances, aging, and warehouse performance.
- Supervise, train, and coordinate storekeepers, loaders, and other warehouse personnel.
- Enforce warehouse security, housekeeping, and health and safety procedures.
- Monitor warehouse expenses, minimise losses, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Bachelor's degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in an importation, distribution, or trading business is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting.
- Strong leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
