Warehouse Supervisor
About this role
A Warehouse Supervisor role based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination and supervision of related sales, marketing and admin activities. Suitable for candidates with proven warehouse experience and leadership capability seeking a full-time position.
What you would do
- Prepare and submit daily reports on warehouse activities and stock movement.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.
- Coordinate logistics planning and timely product movement and delivery.
- Monitor stockkeeping and minimise discrepancies or losses.
- Oversee receipt and dispatch of products and manage inventory records.
- Supervise Sales and Marketing Representatives and coordinate interdepartmental activities.
What they are asking for
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or related roles.
- Qualification of OND, HND, BSc or equivalent (WAEC/WASSCE with strong experience also considered).
- Good organisation and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple activities.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good spoken and written English; basic computer skills for inventory records.
