What you would do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Maintain accurate stock records for receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch
- Lead the warehouse team and assign duties
- Ensure adherence to schedules, safety and hygiene standards
- Optimize space and workflow within the warehouse
- Coordinate with other sites to maintain consistent standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and perform stock reconciliations
- Support Receiving, Picking and Dispatch processes
- Prepare and report on warehouse performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- BSc or HND in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Age 30-35 years
- Minimum of 5 years’ warehouse supervision experience
- Experience in FMCG, dairy or manufacturing environments preferred
