Warehouse / Store Officer

What you would do
- Coordinate with procurement and operations to ensure materials are available
- Ensure compliance with policies and inventory standards
- Update and verify inventory records regularly
- Verify incoming and outgoing stock against documentation
- Maintain stock registers and issuance records using Excel
- Keep records of all materials and equipment received, stored, and issued
- Monitor stock levels and advise on replenishment
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Document materials returned by contractors and end users
- Support audits with accurate inventory records and documentation

- Minimum 5–7 years experience in warehouse, storekeeping or inventory management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or project-related inventory is an added advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
