About this role

Role: Warehouse Specialist with SANY Nigeria in Abuja. The position targets an experienced warehouse and inventory professional to manage the heavy equipment spare parts warehouse, ensuring accurate records and efficient movement from receipt to delivery.

What you would do

• Receive overseas container shipments and verify parts against packing lists.
• Sort inventory and store parts in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Perform regular stock counts and audits.
• Pick, pack, document and dispatch spare parts for customer delivery.
• Record inventory transactions in real time and monitor stock movements using ERP and Excel.

What they are asking for

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics or related role.
• Experience handling large inventories and high SKU volumes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching inventory.
• ND, HND or BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Forklift licence and ability to operate forklift; willingness to work overtime; ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
