Ajoke Group, a Lagos-based distributor of major FMCG products, is hiring a Warehouse Personnel for multiple Lagos locations (Gbagada, Bariga, Oworo, Somolu). The role involves handling inbound and outbound goods, verifying documents, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. The individual will work with Sales, Accounts, and Distribution, ensure stock accuracy, proper storage, and safe, orderly operations while applying FIFO/FEFO where applicable. Responsibilities also include stocktaking, reporting discrepancies or damages, and supporting stock rotation and stock level monitoring. The position is full-time and aimed at candidates able to manage warehouse duties and collaborate across departments.

What you would do

• Assist with loading and offloading goods and verify quantities.
• Receive, inspect, and verify delivered goods against documents.
• Verify prepared dispatch items for correct items and quantities.
• Maintain orderly warehouse records and document stock movements.
• Participate in regular stocktaking and reconcile with inventory records.
• Arrange and store products for easy identification and retrieval.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Distribution to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Maintain records of goods received, issued, returned and remaining in stock.
• Report stock discrepancies, theft, breakages, and other issues promptly.
