What you would do

• Manage inventory records and conduct stock reconciliations
• Coordinate receipt, storage, picking, loading and dispatch activities
• Verify quantities, batch details and documentation before dispatch
• Maintain warehouse organisation, storage practices and space utilisation
• Maintain records of receipts, transfers, dispatches and returns
• Ensure dispatches have approved documentation and support timely deliveries
• Enforce PPE use, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE and warehouse procedures
• Support stock counts, audits and investigations into discrepancies
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and propose corrective actions
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and loaders, and prepare routine reports

• Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant fields (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, Economics, Accounting)
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/inventory or supply chain experience
• FMCG or manufacturing exposure is an advantage
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong planning, attention to detail and reporting abilities
• Integrity, accountability and safety awareness
• Ability to work onsite in Delta and coordinate with multiple departments
