Warehouse Manager
About this role
A full-time Warehouse Manager role based in Isolo, Lagos, responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and team performance for a client in the food and beverage sector. The position targets proactive, organised leaders with strong inventory and safety controls.
What you would do
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency, stock control and service delivery.
- Prepare monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports for management.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations and inventory audits.
- Supervise picking, packing, staging and dispatch to ensure accurate and timely orders.
- Oversee receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Manage warehouse personnel, coach staff and drive accountability while ensuring safety compliance.
What they are asking for
- 5–7 years' experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics management with leadership responsibility.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation and order fulfilment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting tools; experience with ERP/WMS.
- Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
