Warehouse Lead

About this role

A Lagos based solar equipment wholesaler and training centre is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage warehouse, inventory, logistics and related operations. The role duties include stock control, order fulfilment, logistics coordination and supporting the training centre’s equipment and safety needs for a hands-on, organised candidate with leadership experience.

What you would do

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory control and conduct regular stock counts
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and partners
• Support importation processes and clearance coordination where required
• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse and operations; track KPIs and report to management
• Supervise warehouse and operations staff and support training centre logistics and safety

What they are asking for

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations roles
• Proven experience managing inventory and warehouse teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy including inventory systems, spreadsheets and reporting
• Additional: experience in solar/technical equipment sectors, training centre support, knowledge of Nigerian logistics processes and HSE standards
