The position reports to the Warehouse Lead and requires ensuring accuracy in materials handling and provisioning processes.

What you would do

• Receive OEM deliveries and verify against delivery notes.
• Flag damage or shortages and label and store goods.
• Update bin cards and maintain FIFO on the floor.
• Collaborate with IT and app testing teams to run flashing tools and install apps for provisioning systems.
• Support serial verification and keep provisioning desktops updated within the 24-hour firmware SLA.
• Package devices with components and conduct final QC checks.
• Oversee provisioning officers and manage their SLAs.
• Resolve provisioning issues as they arise.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly throughput and stock count reports.
• Verify materials with Handlers and report to the Warehouse Lead.
