Warehouse Assistant

About this role

A Warehouse Assistant at Grand Oak Limited is needed to support daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods, while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety standards. The role targets candidates with basic warehouse knowledge, good teamwork and at least an OND with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing, located in Sango Ota, Ogun.

What you would do

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

• Minimum of OND.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Good communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move goods safely.
