Domeo Resources International is recruiting a full-time Waitress for Abuja. The role involves delivering customer service in the Food & Beverage area, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. What you would do
- Present menus and explain items, making recommendations when needed
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Take accurate orders and relay them to kitchen or bar staff
- Greet guests and, when required, escort them to their tables
- Check on guests during meals and address concerns politely
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well set
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times
- Assist with billing, payments, and issuing receipts
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests

- Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is an advantage
