What you would do

• Recommend pairings and upsell items where appropriate.
• Deliver orders to tables with correct presentation and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining areas and service stations.
• Set up tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments; pre-bus and clear dining areas.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff about special requests or timing.
• Process payments and issue accurate bills; handle cash, cards, and POS apps.
• Assist team members with side duties and help reset the dining room as needed.
