What you would do
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with fine-dining standards.
- Ensure tables are set, clean, and presentable before, during, and after service.
- Welcome guests and escort them to tables when required.
- Monitor guests' needs and respond to requests promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, supervisors, and service team members.
- Follow restaurant procedures, food safety guidelines, and service protocols.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.
- Process bills and payments accurately where required.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional conduct.
