What you would do

- Report equipment issues, shortages, guest concerns, and operational problems to supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of utensils and service items.
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, bar, and banquet areas.
- Process guest bills and payments as assigned.
- Attend to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
