What you would do
- Prepare tables and service stations and keep the dining area clean and orderly
- Welcome guests, explain the menu and suggest meals and beverages
- Inquire about allergies and communicate them through the approved process
- Enter orders into the POS and coordinate with kitchen and bar
- Serve orders and check guest satisfaction, clear tables and report issues promptly
- Present accurate bills and process payments as assigned
- Handle cash according to approved controls
