The role is for a full-time waiter in Lagos (Maryland area) to provide professional food and beverage service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain dining area standards according to the establishment's service guidelines.
What you would do
- Greet guests and guide them to tables
- Take and enter orders into the POS system
- Explain menu items and specials to guests
- Serve food and beverages in order and at correct temperatures
- Check in with guests and handle requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and assist with setup/breakdown of dining areas
