Visual Communications Designer (Graphic Designer)

About this role

A Visual Communications Designer is needed to create and manage corporate visual materials and communications for Dangote, aligning with brand standards. The role supports data management, audio transcription and automated communications, including recruitment adverts, for the group.

What you would do

• Design corporate materials such as announcements, letters, templates, newsletters, presentations, flyers and banners.
• Create visual content for employee engagement, events, wellness campaigns and organizational initiatives.
• Design recruitment materials including job adverts.
• Ensure designs comply with branding guidelines and quality standards.
• Create and edit digital content such as videos, animations and motion graphics.
• Maintain data sheets, trackers, schedules and distribution lists; transcribe audio; support bulk email distribution and automation.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.

• Experience with bulk email distribution, mail merge and communication automation.
