MISHRA Global Resources Limited is looking for an experienced Visa Consultant to assist clients with visa applications, travel documents and related immigration processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills and knowledge of visa procedures. The position is based in Lagos and is a full-time role with Monday to Saturday working days. The advertised salary is N200,000 per month.

What you would do

• Advise clients on visa requirements and procedures and the documents needed.
• Provide customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with completing visa forms and preparing documentation.
• Inform clients about application progress, embassy requirements and updates.
• Follow up to ensure timely submission of documents.
• Provide visa guidance based on travel needs and destinations.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
• Stay updated on visa policies and immigration regulations.
• Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule visa appointments and coordinate submission where applicable.
