MISHRA Global Resources Limited in Lagos is looking for an experienced Visa Consultant. The role involves assisting clients with visa applications, travel documents and related immigration processes, and requires strong communication and attention to detail. The position is full-time with Monday to Saturday workdays and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm hours.
What you would do
- Provide visa consultation and guidance to clients based on travel needs and destinations
- Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, procedures and supporting documents
- Help clients complete visa application forms and prepare necessary documents
- Review applications and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule visa appointments and coordinate submission processes
- Update clients on application progress, embassy requirements and relevant updates
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Stay updated on visa policies, immigration regulations and travel requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships

- Previous experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar visa processing/immigration consultancy role
- Good knowledge of visa application procedures and travel documentation requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to manage multiple client applications and meet deadlines
- A relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism, International Relations or a related field is an advantage
