Virtual Assistant - Day & Night Shift

About this role

A Virtual Assistant is sought to support an international client. The role requires on-site work at our Abuja office, with two shifts available: day and night shift.

What you would do

• Provide administrative and personal assistance to the client
• Manage emails, calendars, schedules and appointments including follow-ups
• Coordinate sales activities, leads and client communications
• Support dispatch and operational coordination
• Assist with recruitment, candidate communication and scheduling
• Track tasks, prepare reports and maintain records

What they are asking for

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in virtual assistance, administration, sales coordination, dispatching, recruitment, personal assistance or customer support
• Experience working with overseas companies or international clients is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, neutral accent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills and familiarity with digital communication/productivity tools
• Willingness to work either day or night shift and ability to work independently
