• Manage emails, calendars, appointments and follow-ups
• Coordinate sales activities, leads and client communications
• Support dispatch and operational coordination
• Assist with recruitment, candidate communication and scheduling
• Handle customer communications professionally
• Track tasks and ensure timely completion

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience in virtual assistance, administration, sales coordination, dispatching, recruitment, personal assistance, or customer support
• Previous experience with overseas or international clients is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional and minimal accent
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficient with computers and digital productivity tools
• Willingness to work either day or night shift
