Videographer / Video Editor

About this role

Interrand Homes & Properties Limited in Abuja is seeking a videographer and video editor to produce and edit video content for social media, property listings, marketing campaigns and corporate activities. The role involves planning, filming and editing, and collaborating with Marketing and Sales to support business objectives.

What you would do

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for the company.
• Create engaging videos for social media, property listings, marketing campaigns and corporate activities.
• Edit raw footage into final productions.
• Capture property tours, client testimonials, events and promotional content.
• Add music, captions, transitions, graphics and other elements; ensure content reflects the brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales and stay updated on social media video trends to support business objectives.

What they are asking for

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar.
• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing and sound.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills; ability to create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work is required; ability to work independently and as part of a team; good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Real estate content creation experience is an added advantage.
