The role is onsite in Durumi, Area 1, Abuja, and involves producing videos for property walkthroughs, updates, testimonials, reels and ads, with editing, motion graphics, captioning, sound and colour work. You will work with the Brand & Media Manager to meet content calendars and campaign deadlines, and organise raw footage and final files while applying feedback to maintain brand consistency. The position targets candidates with real estate video experience and a strong portfolio, and may require shooting with digital cameras. What you would do

• Edit property walkthroughs, site tours, project updates, testimonials, reels and ads.
• Add motion graphics, captions, music, sound design and colour grading.
• Adapt videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp formats.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Media Manager to meet content calendars and deadlines.
• Organise and archive raw footage and final files.
• Apply feedback quickly and maintain brand style consistency.

• 2+ years of video editing experience in real estate or with a real estate brand.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and property-focused visuals.
• Portfolio of real estate videos (required).
• Ability to work with a digital camera for shooting.
• Additional skills in videography or drone footage are a plus.
