Permanent Capital Ventures Limited seeks a full-time Videographer in Lagos (Lekki Phase 1) to create short-form video content for multiple brands. The role covers end-to-end production, including planning, shooting, directing talent, editing, and delivering polished videos for social platforms. What you would do
- Film short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment
- Direct recording sessions and guide presenters
- Organise batch-recording sessions for efficiency
- Conduct on-location filming including interviews and street interviews
- Ensure footage is captured, organised and backed up
- Edit footage into polished short-form videos (30–90 seconds)
- Add subtitles, branding, graphics and visual elements
- Maintain sound, colour, framing and visual consistency
- Produce videos in correct aspect ratios for each platform and manage video libraries

- A portfolio of completed videos (talking-heads, interviews, educational/business content)
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro)
- Practical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording and colour correction
- Ability to produce clean, professional videos for business audiences
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage production schedules and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel for occasional on-location shoots
- Experience with content for professional services firms, founders, executives, tech companies or consumer brands is advantageous
