A fully remote role for an experienced video editor to turn podcast episodes and Maldives resort footage into engaging content, with responsibilities spanning full podcast edits, resort promos, and short-form clips for social platforms. The position targets editors with a strong showreel, comfortable working remotely to deadlines, and relevant experience in travel or hospitality media.

What you would do

• Edit full podcast episodes from multi-camera recordings, from rough cut to final export
• Create resort and promotional videos from Maldives footage
• Cut short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Clean up and mix audio, colour grade, and add accurate subtitles/captions
• Maintain a consistent look and fast turnaround across channels
• Collaborate remotely to meet deadlines and deliverable standards

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects is a plus)
• Experience editing multi-cam podcasts or interview shows
• Colour grading/correction skills
• Audio clean-up and mixing for dialogue and music
• Captions/subtitles for short-form video; strong showreel/portfolio
