Blue Steel Solutions is hiring a Verification Officer to oversee field logistics and coordinate staff verification across locations in Nigeria. The role involves managing verification operations in the assigned state, organising movement, schedules and venues, and ensuring accurate staff records and attendance. You will work as the liaison between the national project team and the state office, and perform physical verification of staff while flagging discrepancies. What you would do

• Manage verification operations across the assigned state
• Coordinate movement logistics, schedules and venue setups for physical verification
• Act as liaison between the national project management team and the assigned state
• Carry out physical verification of staff in line with guidelines
• Identify discrepancies and ghost workers
• Ensure real-time data collection and entry into the central verification database
• Track attendance reports from staff at various locations
• Maintain accurate records of verification outcomes
• Assist with reporting and documentation as required
• Support smooth execution of verification activities across locations
