Verification Agent (Nationwide)

About this role

A contract role for Verification Agents to support academic certificate verification across Nigerian educational institutions. The position is open to students, staff, graduates, and others with access to tertiary institutions, and can be done on a one-off or recurring basis within their location.

What you would do

• Conduct physical follow ups to complete verification requests
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and accuracy
• Provide verification feedback and supporting documentation in a timely manner
• Engage institutional departments to confirm authenticity of qualifications and records
• Liaise with universities and other tertiary institutions to facilitate verification of certificates
