What you would do

• Generate prospects and convert leads through calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals and vendor visits.
• Build relationships with business owners, general managers and decision-makers.
• Present platform benefits and address concerns about commissions, payments, availability and existing booking channels.
• Secure commitments within approved terms and guide applications, agreements and documentation through approval.
• Coordinate listing content, pricing, availability and onboarding requirements through activation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow ups and forecasts; report conversions, objections, competitor feedback and opportunities.
• Maintain honest sales practices without unauthorised promises about acceptance, revenue or booking volumes.

• At least three years' relevant sales, business development or vendor acquisition experience with proven closing success and target achievement.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, online marketplaces, mobility, lifestyle services or a related sector.
• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and managing the full sales cycle through completed onboarding.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, objection handling, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of commissions, booking processes and vendor economics.
• Strong pipeline management, consistent follow-up, independence, resilience and accountability.
• Good knowledge of Lagos and willingness to travel within the city.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentations and digital communication tools.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
