User Support Officer in a Human Capacity Development and Technology Company

About this role

A Lagos-based technology and human capacity development firm is looking for a User Support Officer on a project-based contract. The role is the first point of contact for users and course participants needing help with account access, platform navigation, course administration or other programme queries, guiding them from enquiry to resolution. The position is located at Oniru/Victoria Island and reports to the Team Lead, with hours set in coordination with the client. The employer provides services to clients in both the public and private sectors.

What you would do

• Handle inquiries through the designated support channels.
• Guide users through onboarding and LMS familiarisation.
• Explain course requirements, module sequence, assessments, timelines and certificate eligibility using programme information.
• Escalate platform faults, outages, security concerns, and other critical issues.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and provide progress updates.
