UI/UX Designer
About this role
A UI/UX Designer is sought to create intuitive and visually engaging experiences across Paymi Solutions Limited fintech products. The role involves researching user needs, designing flows and prototypes, and collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to improve customer satisfaction and growth.
What you would do
- Conduct user research, usability testing, customer interviews, and competitive analysis
- Design end-to-end user experiences for web, mobile, payment, and financial service platforms
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components and optimise journeys for engagement and conversion
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Total 3-5 years of experience; fintech/financial services experience preferred (2+ years)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps
- Experience with Agile product development and data-driven design decisions
