Tyre Service Supervisor
About this role
The role is for a Tyre Service Supervisor to oversee tyre service operations, assess tyre performance, and provide technical support to customers and the Sales team. It targets individuals with hands-on experience in tyre inspection, maintenance and management, especially for commercial trucks and buses. The position is based in Kano and is full-time within the Service / Truck Force department. What you would do
- Inspect wheels, fleets and scrap tyres to identify maintenance needs.
- Lead the Truck Force team to ensure quality service and safety compliance.
- Train customers and their staff on tyre care and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team and report market trends and competitor activities.
- Evaluate tyre and product performance and propose technical solutions.
- Supervise tyre maintenance, tyre management and Truck Force service activities.

- Experience in tyre inspection, maintenance, management or servicing (1–3 years for Grade B; 4+ years for Grade A).
- Past roles in tyre manufacturers, distributors, tyre service companies or OTR/industrial tyre operations are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical, communication and reporting skills, with ability to supervise a team.
- Hands-on tyre technical experience is mandatory.
