What you would do
- Perform precision bending and shaping of tubing using various bending equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, specifications, and bending schedules.
- Measure, mark, cut and bend tubing to specified dimensions within tolerances.
- Install, route, align and fit tubing per approved drawings and project specs.
- Inspect tubing and fittings for defects and ensure proper form and leak-free joints.
- Select appropriate tools, dies, mandrels and equipment based on material and bend radius.
- Check measurements after bending to confirm accuracy.
- Support installation, removal, repair and replacement of tubing and components as needed.
- Assist with pressure and leak testing of tubing installations when required.
- Document job cards, inspections, measurements and related records accurately.

- OND, HND or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Pipe Fitting, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Proven experience as Tubing Bender, Tube Fitter or Pipe Fitter, preferably in oil and gas.
- Practical experience with tubing, fittings, bending machines and related tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings, tubing layouts and specifications.
- Knowledge of tubing sizes, materials, bend radii and installation methods.
- Ability to use measuring tools (vernier calipers, tapes, protractors, angle gauges).

- Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
