RightCom seeks a Treasury Operations Specialist for its Lagos-based, full-time hybrid role. The position supports treasury operations, merchant settlements, financial reconciliation, and relationships with banking partners across multiple African markets. What you would do

• Liaise with banking partners on settlements, internet banking, financial reporting, and related operational matters.
• Support standardisation and automation of bank statement management and reconciliation processes.
• Perform regular bank statement checks and follow up on missing or inconsistent statements.
• Monitor bank balances, cash movements, and liquidity to support daily treasury operations.
• Reconcile financial transactions against bank statements and supporting documents, and track discrepancies.
• Process merchant settlements and fund transfers to ensure accurate payments within SLAs.
• Monitor and reconcile processed settlements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve escalations.
• Support accounting audits, financial fact-checking, and resolution of financial discrepancies.
• Analyse financial and transactional data to support pricing reviews and reporting.
• Handle treasury-related requests from internal teams and collaborate to resolve issues.
