What you would do

• Advise clients on travel options, destinations and packages.
• Handle flight bookings using Galileo and Amadeus GDS platforms.
• Arrange accommodation, airport transfers, tours and complete trip itineraries.
• Process visa applications for major destinations, including e-Visa where applicable, and guide documentation and interview prep.
• Provide information on visa requirements, travel insurance and currency exchange.
• Upsell services such as travel insurance and airport pickup where applicable.
• Monitor travel regulations and industry trends and update processes accordingly.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Provide after-sales support and collect client feedback.
