Travel and Tour Specialist (Remote)
About this role
This remote role is for a Travel and Tour Specialist to manage flight bookings, ticketing, travel arrangements, and education consultancy services for clients of HelloMe Travels Limited. The position requires hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS and handling domestic and international travel, school packages, and related services.
What you would do
- Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets using Amadeus GDS
- Search schedules and fares and provide cost‑effective options
- Manage cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes
- Consult with clients to understand travel needs and provide recommendations
- Prepare customized holiday and tour packages including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities
- Coordinate with travel partners and maintain client records and documentation

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in flight ticketing, travel consultancy or travel agency operations
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS and flight ticketing processes
- Experience with visa and travel documentation support is desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex itineraries and group bookings
