Travel and Tour Specialist
About this role
A Travel and Tour Specialist to handle end-to-end travel services for clients, including flight bookings, ticketing, holiday and hotel packages, and school admissions support. The role requires hands-on Amadeus GDS experience and both domestic and international travel knowledge, with a focus on customer service and package development.
What you would do
- Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets using Amadeus GDS
- Search schedules, fares, and availability to propose suitable options
- Handle changes, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and ticket alterations
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries, e-tickets, and confirmations
- Develop customised holiday, hotel, and tour packages for individuals and groups
- Support school admission processing and related education consultancy tasks
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in flight ticketing or travel consultancy
- Proficiency with Amadeus GDS for reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds
- Experience with holiday, hotel, and travel package sales
- Experience with school admission processing or education consultancy is an advantage
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel requirements, airline policies, and visa requirements
