Transport Foreman
About this role
A Transport Foreman is needed in Port Harcourt to oversee transportation operations, supervise drivers, allocate vehicles and ensure safe, efficient, timely transport across company locations. The role targets candidates with experience in fleet operations and driver supervision, able to work under pressure and coordinate multiple requests.
What you would do
- Organise monthly drivers HSE meetings and forums
- Ensure drivers complete DDC training and annual medical fitness assessments
- Coordinate passenger transport for ferry operations with the Travel team
- Conduct and record daily vehicle inspections
- Monitor availability and functionality of staff buses and other vehicles
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with policies and LTMS

- HND in Social Sciences or related field
- 3–6 years' experience in driver and vehicle supervision, transport operations or logistics
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transport requests
- Good computer and record-keeping skills
- Experience supervising drivers and managing fleet operations
