The role focuses on developing and delivering training for clients to maximise their use of Odoo and to support client relationships within the consultancy. The Training Manager will design training programmes, run webinars and live sessions, create training materials, and tailor content to different client needs while coordinating with consultancy and implementation teams. The position is based in Yaba, Lagos and is full-time.

What you would do

• Create structured training programmes for clients adopting or using Odoo ERP
• Deliver webinars, workshops and live training sessions
• Develop training materials, guides, presentations and recordings
• Explain Odoo modules, features and workflows clearly
• Tailor sessions to clients’ roles, industries and knowledge levels
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams to reflect each client’s implementation
• Assess learners’ understanding and gather feedback for improvement
• Keep training content up to date with Odoo product changes and client needs
• Help establish consistent training standards and resources across the consultancy

• 2-4+ years experience managing client training in a consultancy environment
