Training Manager

About this role

erpSOFTapp, a Lagos-based business consultancy specialised in Odoo ERP, is recruiting a Training Manager. The role focuses on designing and delivering training programmes for clients to maximise their use of Odoo, including webinars, workshops and live sessions. The Training Manager will work with clients and internal teams to tailor training to different client needs and ensure training content stays up to date. The position is full-time and based in Yaba, Lagos.

What you would do

• Deliver webinars, workshops and live training sessions
• Assess learners’ understanding and collect feedback
• Explain Odoo modules, features and workflows clearly
• Tailor training to clients’ roles, industries and knowledge levels
• Keep training content up to date with product changes and client needs
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams to reflect client implementations
• Help establish consistent training standards and resources
• Create structured training programmes for new or existing clients
• Develop training materials, guides, presentations and recordings
