Traffic Manager (Bako)
About this role
A traffic manager is sought to coordinate multiple client projects in Lagos on a hybrid basis. The role involves staying in touch with Account, Community, Project Managers and Creatives to ensure client deadlines are met. The position requires a degree from a recognised tertiary institution and at least three years of experience in Advertising or below-the-line (BTL) work. A project management certificate is advantageous, and the candidate should be able to lead cross-functional teams with a proactive, agile approach and strong project management skills.
What you would do
- Coordinate group projects to meet client deadlines
- Maintain communication with Account, Community, Project Managers and Creatives
- Monitor timelines and deliverables across teams
- Support project planning and scheduling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Ensure status updates are provided to stakeholders
- Prioritise tasks to optimise workflow
- Adapt plans in response to changes in scope or timelines
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and records
