What you would do

• Track repayment schedules to identify overdue and delinquent accounts.
• Contact borrowers via calls, SMS, emails, and field visits to secure repayments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on commitments.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and an updated database of overdue accounts.
• Identify potential fraud and escalate high-risk cases to risk or legal teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recovery and delinquency trends.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulations.

• Bachelor's or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–3 years experience in debt recovery, collections, or loan monitoring within fintech or banking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan management systems.

• Willingness to conduct field visits across Lagos and work with minimal supervision.
