What you would do
- Prepare contract of sale documents for clients in a timely manner and ensure they are printed and executed after approval by the legal auditor.
- Submit daily reports to the World Legal Managers detailing the number of contracts prepared or executed for clients.
- Provide legal advice to Adron prospects and clients and explain contract clauses that are unclear.
- Proofread legal documents to ensure they are free of errors.
- Collate files and details for clients who need refunds and forward them to the World Legal Manager for processing.
- Ensure the contractual obligations are implemented and promote compliance and risk management throughout the company.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Urban and Regional Planning, Town Planning, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification and registration with TOPREC is an added advantage.
- Five years of relevant experience in town planning, urban development, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of urban planning principles, land-use regulations, and development control.
- Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and other relevant planning/design software.
- Strong analytical, research, report-writing, and communication skills.
