About this role
AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited in Lagos seeks a Total Rewards Officer to design and administer the company’s total rewards framework, including pay, benefits, recognition and incentive programmes. The role combines compensation and benefits management with reward analytics, benchmarking and job evaluation, and requires collaboration with HR, Finance and Payroll to ensure fair, competitive and compliant rewards.
What you would do
- Assist in designing and administering the total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Administer salary structures, bands, allowances and other compensation components.
- Process approved salary adjustments arising from promotions, transfers and annual reviews.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, participate in external surveys and prepare market reports.
- Support job evaluation, grading and maintenance of salary ranges and pay bands.
- Develop reward analytics and reporting for management decision-making.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Relations or related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations or Payroll.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary administration and employee benefits.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian payroll, PAYE, pension and other statutory requirements.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading and compensation analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HR/payroll systems.
