What you would do

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons for Toddler and Nursery classes.
• Use phonics, songs, rhymes, stories, and number play to build foundational skills.
• Provide individualised learning and care while introducing structured learning for nursery.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Manage combined age groups with patience and creativity.
• Create a warm, stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess and record each child's progress and milestones.
• Identify learning needs or delays and escalate appropriately.
• Give daily feedback to parents on feeding, toileting, behaviour and learning.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, nannies, and other Early Years teachers.
