What you would do

• Deliver age-appropriate, play-based lessons for Toddler and Nursery classes.
• Use phonics, songs, rhymes, and stories to build foundational skills.
• Plan and provide individualised learning and care while introducing structured activities.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and well-being of all children at all times.
• Create a warm, stimulating classroom environment.
• Manage mixed age groups with patience and creativity.
• Identify learning needs, speech or behavioural delays and escalate when needed.
• Observe, assess and record each child’s progress and milestones.
• Provide feedback to parents on feeding, toileting, behaviour and learning.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, nannies and other Early Years staff.
