What you would do
- Manage passenger bookings, ticket sales, reservations and cancellations
- Provide information on travel schedules, routes, fares and departure times
- Issue tickets and receipts with proper documentation
- Receive and reconcile ticket payments and maintain daily sales records
- Respond to passenger enquiries, complaints and booking issues
- Coordinate with terminal and operations teams for timely departures
- Prepare daily ticket sales and revenue reports
- Prevent ticketing errors, unauthorised discounts and revenue leakages
- Maintain accurate passenger records and comply with ticketing procedures
- Support ongoing operations to ensure passenger readiness

- OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field
- 1 - 3 years' experience in ticketing, customer service, cashiering or transportation operations
- Strong numerical, communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ticketing or booking software
- High accuracy, honesty, accountability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required
