What you would do

• Use GDS platforms to issue tickets and manage reservations
• Handle ticketing, bookings, re-issuance, re-routing and refunds for local and international travel
• Provide customer service and maintain client relationships
• Conduct daily sales reconciliation and prepare reports
• Advise clients on fares, schedules, travel requirements and policies
• Manage inquiries and assist with changes, cancellations and refunds as needed

• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo) is compulsory
• Bachelor's degree or HND
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Ticketing Officer in a travel agency
